The Seraphic Father, St. Francis received his call to start the Order of Friars Minor in Chapel of St. Mary of the Angels also known as the Portiuncula in Assisi, Italy. St. Francis had a great devotion to the Queen of the world, he heard that the Angels often visited the church which is why it is called Our Lady of the Angels.

Hail, holy Lady, most holy Queen, Mother of God, Mary who art ever Virgin, chosen from Heaven by the most Holy Father, whom He has consecrated with the most holy beloved Son and the Ghostly Paraclete, in whom was and is all the fulness of grace and all good.
